Good news! The Authors Guild has created its "human author" registration system that assures book buyers and readers that a registered book was written by a human being, not a robot or AI platform! That's a big deal for writers and readers alike. Watch for the "Human Authored" badge and registration number to be sure you're getting the real thing, not an AI "creation" full of formula writing and tiresome tropes!
Someday I'll write a blog for this Reid Writes Books website, but not today. I'm too busy writing books with stories I hope you'll love and be compelled to read just as fast as you can turn the pages (or maybe slowly, contemplatively, letting the meanings and characters soak in). In the end, though, all I ask is that you READ, and encourage others to READ things more important than social media posts and, yes, blogs.
Crack a book, any book, print or digital, even (shudder) a graphic novel. Stop reading this blog.
